REVELATION

REVELATION began its ministry in 2001 at the Southside Church of Christ in Orlando, FL under the direction of Dureya Hill. It was originally formed out of the congregation’s Single and Saved Ministry. Over the years the group has made transitions that have led to the current group of 13 members who have been singing together under the direction of Sis. Kelly Neal.

Revelation's purpose is to minister to people and edify through song. The mission statement for the group is in congruence with the mission of the Southside Church of Christ, which is to "bring the lost to Christ, teach them to be faithful, and equip them to be fruitful...to lift up and magnify the name of Jesus Christ by being spirit-filled, morally good, academically prepared, socially involved, and doctrinally sound."   God has blessed the group in a mighty way by allowing Revelation to gain regional, national and local recognition as they spread God’s word in song. The group is also very active in their local community; singing and providing support to various organizations.

The group is certainly thankful for God's favor and for the love and support of their home congregation, Southside Church of Christ in Orlando, FL; under the dynamic leadership of Wesley T. Leonard and three great Elders:  Jerome Adams (departed), Victor Crumity, and Willie Davis.  As we travel the brotherhood many have expressed how our ministry has touched their lives. We give God all the glory, forever and ever. Amen.
